14 NIGHTS
"ULTIMATE TANZANIA
WILDLIFE AND
ISLAND SAFARI"

$18,450 pp

What To Expect.

For all of those interested in the most rounded African Safari and Island getaway then this is it!

Fourteen nights exploring grasslands, savanna, islands and forests in some of Africa’s best known and remote locations makes us, and hopefully you, very excited!

Start off your trip in the Lamai Wedge of the Serengeti. With incredible wildlife experiences, including the Great Migration over the right times of the year and the infamous Mara river crossings, Lamai lodge has incredible views and is far quieter than other parts of the Serengeti.

After three blissful nights in the Serengeti you will fly and boat transfer to Mahale National Park to stay at the remote Greystoke Mahale for a further three nights. With its own private beach (swimming is not advisable due to the resident crocodile and hippos) enjoy water based activities and the solitude Greystoke provides. The stars of the show at Mahale though are the chimpanzees. Track and locate our not so distant cousins with professional guides and marvel at their family structures and ingenuity as they go about their daily tasks.

From Greystoke move onto the equally less visited Ruaha National Park in Southern Tanzania. With huge herds of buffalo, elephant and large quantities of lion and leopard Ruaha is an incredible safari experience, not known by many safari travellers. The area is wild! Baobab forests fill the savanna and cannot be seen as abundantly at other destinations as they are here, in Ruaha.

After eight nights of adventure what better way is there to relax from the highs of your safari than by sipping on cocktails and lounging on pristine beaches on an island in the Indian Ocean. Zanzibar offers deep sea fishing, diving and snorkelling and many other beach based activities.

What a fantastic trip!
